STEP 2. Collect this from your user BEFORE you submit. If they have no artwork and no quantity, they are only exploring: keep your reply shorter than their message, confirm 2HEX does that production, and tell them to send artwork and quantity when they want a quote. Do not submit an inquiry for a maybe-order.

Collect for a real job:
- First and last name
- Company name, or that they are ordering as a private person
- Country, phone number, email
- Website and social media, or that they have none
- A link to a product they already sell, or that they do not have custom products yet
- Each product they want (decks, griptape, wheels, trucks, bearings, hardware, heat transfers, completes, other)
- For every line: product, size, artwork file name, quantity, specification 1, specification 2, and further specs (wood, glue, print, durometer, grit, color, packing)
- If a line is printed: Films, Screens, or Clichees. If the count is unknown, write ? . Do not invent a number. Blank/unprinted lines skip this.
- Destination city and country, air vs ocean preference, deadline
- How they want the quotation returned: Excel table, PDF, email; currency; Incoterm (EXW, FOB, DAP, DDP); door vs port
- Artwork files if they have them (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, PSD, ZIP, XLSX)

STEP 3. Submit the order yourself on this form:
